FURTHER, YOU MAY NOT PURSUE YOUR CLAIMS AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION AND/OR BE PART OF ANY CLASS ACTION BROUGHT RELATING TO THE USE OF OUR SERVICE. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. The parties to any dispute arising out of their service of Palm Beach Classics, LLC., hereby consent to have the binding arbitration conducted in Palm Beach County, Florida. Each Party shall be responsible to pay their own attorney’s fees and costs arising from any such dispute.

Money Orders / Cashier’s Check:
For your convenience, we accept money orders and cashier’s check. The merchandise will be shipped only once the payment is cleared. *Florida residents subject to 6% sales tax
Because each piece of luggage is handcrafted, natural blemishes/variations are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of hand-made products, so you may find possibly minor distinctions that makes your buys special and truly one of a kind.
Due to many variations in monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the colors displayed on our website will exactly match the color of the product. Do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions about our colors, material, leather prior to ordering for clarification.
SHIPPING & RATE SCHEDULE
We use different shipment methods (USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx)
Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. Palm Beach Classics will ship the products within 1 to 3 business days after the payment is received. (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
The delivery time will depend on the availability of the products, payment method and the destination. You will receive an automatic tracking number once your order is shipped (please be sure to provide us with your email address)
If the parcel is returned because of an insufficient or inaccurate address, the customer will be charged again for re-shipping the parcel.
Palm Beach Classics, LLC is not a freight carrier or an agent for a freight carrier.
After your order has been placed, processed and payment approved, your product will ship via common carrier freight or UPS, Fed Ex Ground, or USPS Priority unless otherwise specified. There is a handling fee for all products that are shipped.
Palm Beach Classics, LLC will ship in-stock products within 1-3 business days in most cases. Custom and special order products have longer lead times in most cases, its best to confirm with customer service or your sales rep. It is best to determine product production lead time at the time of order.
Shipping may be more of less depending on the weight and number of boxes. Some small light weight packages could be more and combined packages could be less. After your order is processed we will email or call you with any change in the shipping.
Shipping is only in the continental United States all other order please call for shipping information.

A 20% restocking fee will be charge for all returned items unless verified by Customer Service.
Palm Beach Classics, LLC is not responsible for additional customs charges or fees once the shipment left our facility. Customs charges or fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and USPS Priority deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present.
If you require products delivered by a certain date, please call Customer Service to verify your product availability. Some products that can be order online may not be in stock. Palm Beach Classics, LLC does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any products or orders. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance. Palm Beach Classics, LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers.
From time to time, certain materials or leather may be out of stock. Certain colors may be on back order.
Palm Beach Classics, LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company, suppliers or manufacturers.
Inspecting for Damage
Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit. Palm Beach Classics, LLC is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. We recommend removing any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product, before the driver leaves. In addition please count the product before signing the Delivery Receipt.
What to Do If Product is Damaged
If the product is damaged in any way, WE RECOMMEND NOT TO REFUSE THE PRODUCT, it is best to receive the product.
In many cases, the product will be held for inspections for a long period of time and maybe lost in the process. Refusing product by the customer does not mean a refund, or product replacement.
If damage did occur during transit, any and all damage must be noted on the receipt in detail and signed by the driver, when applicable. A copy of the receipt will need to be emailed or mailed to Palm Beach Classics, LLC. in order for a damage claim to be filed with the shipping company, on our customers behalf, in order for replacement product to be sent to the customer.
When possible, please photograph the damaged product on the truck and off the truck for evidence that will assist with a product damage claim. Damaged product could be held in the customer’s possession for up to 2 months. The shipping company has the right to inspect and/or claim the product if a damage claim is filed and or / paid by them.
We take great pride in our reputation of quality and excellent value. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a purchase we will issue a refund or exchange with a prior authorization. Item(s) will have to be returned the same condition as it was shipped.
A return is only accepted if the item is new and unopened. All items have to be returned in the original packaging. No refund will be given if the returned item has been used or damaged.
If the item is not received with 7 days after the return authorization was issued, we will not accept the return. No Exceptions!
If you paid with a credit card, a refund will be issued within 30 days. If you paid with a money order or a cashier’s check, you will receive a store credit or a refund with a company check with authorization only.
We will only accept authorized returns within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in the original manufacturer’s packages and un-used, originally purchased from Palm Beach Classics, LLC and accompanied by the original invoice number of the purchase. All returns made within 15 days of purchase will be charged a restocking fee of 25% unless under warranty. No returns will accepted after 15 days unless under warranty.
All parts sold by Palm Beach Classics, LLC are warranted only through the guidelines set forth by the manufacturer of the product. Palm Beach Classics, LLC will in no way accept responsibility for any and all parts sold. Defective parts and goods will be considered for replacement, repair, or credit at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
Payment by Credit Card:
Customer is responsible for full payment or remaining balance to be paid within 3 days prior to shipping any parts.
Customer attests that he/she will not be seeking reimbursement for Palm Beach Classics, LLC., services or sale from third party, and that Palm beach Classics, LLC., will provide no assistance in obtaining reimbursement for services rendered.
Customer will not dispute the charges and agree to pay the invoice in full.
